I am 5 1/2 month post op down 92lbs and I woke up this morning in severe pain...

My stomoache feels bloated and I am having sharp pains all through and around my sides. I can't hardly stand up straight or walk. I have never experienced anything like this before and being it is the weekend I really don't want to go to the emergency room. Does this sound like a kidney infection or uti or a blockage of some sort? Or just gas?
