What do I say when people ask me when I am having my baby?

I am 13 months post op and -125 and almost every day at least one person asks me when I am having my baby. I have 4 beautiful boys and would love another child especally a girl, but I had my tubes tied after my last son. When I was obese and pregnant alls I wanted was for people to reconise I was pregnant and ask about the baby. Now I regrete having the tubal and would love to have a child, so when people ask I get really depressed. It bothers me so much!!!!!! What do I say to people? The first couple of times I did't say anthing and just let them go on thinking I was having a baby. Then, I said "No I've just lost 125 lbs". Now I feel like saying "No I am just fat!!!" What do I say, but most of all how do I deal with the emotional side. I have looked into getting a tt but it will be at least a year or more till I can. Thanks for the help!
