Anybody use United Healthcare PPO through Convergys?

We've been trying to find out information on specific plans through his work, but we seem to keep getting the run around. The human resources dept. at Convergys told him they'd sent him the information after he signed up. That's like buying a car without knowing what's in it. Has anybody ever gone through United at Convergys? The lady on the phone was going through the exclusions and said, "Obesity is not covered." Does that mean there is exclusion because I've heard that United is one of the best companies for approving WLS?
