Has anyone had/have UC Student/Kaiser Ohio Insurance and or Dr. Stalmer in Col. Ohio?

Just curious if anyone has been through this process having had either University of Cincinnati, Ohio student insurance (Kaiser) and or Dr. Stalmer from Bariatric Treatment Center in Grove City, Columbus, Ohio. If so, could you run through the qualifications with me? Specifically, did you have to have a psych eval? Was Dr. Stalmer nice? Helpful? Is there anything I need to know, that you would like to have known prior? Thanks!
