I am looking for a Dr to perform lap ruen-y asap because my insurance is changing.

My bmi is 37 and I have major health risk which include being diabetic (as of 97), asthma, arthritis, reflux, lower back pain when standing for a while. I am 23 years old and would like to better my health so that I don't have more problems in the future. The problem I am running into is that my insurance is changing Jan 1 and they will not pay for the actual surgery. I have United Health Care now and I live in Kentucky but can fly anywhere to have the durgery done. Please help if you can.
