I have not loss any weight

in about 2 months, but I am losing inches like crazy. I went to my doctor 3 weeks ago and I told him that sometimes I eat normally and some times I don't eat at all. He said on the days I don't feel like eating DON'T and forget protein drinks, it's not necessary. But I haven't loss any weight. I tried upping my protein and calories but nothing will make this scale move.... Any advice????
