I have a WATER question.
I am 5 months post-op and have lost 70 lbs. However, I have been on a plateau for the past month. I know that I have to increase the protein which I am doing now and I have joined Curves for Women to get more exercise. The only thing I am having some problems with is the water. I'm just having trouble drinking enough water. I get involved in what I'm doing and just forget to drink. I always have a bottle of water sitting on my desk but it is usually still half full by the time I leave work. My question is this: Anyone have any suggestions to get me to drink more water. any tricks or tips. Thanks
