Too few calories?
I am 6 weeks post-op lap RNY. I have been logging on to fitday.com to calculate what I am eating and exercising and it calculates my entire days worth of eating around 500 calories. I am worried that this might not be enough, but don't want to go overboard and take in too many to lose weight. Also I wondered if anyone could tell me exactly what vitamins/supplements I should be taking with what I currently take? I thought I should be taking vitamin E for my skin as well but not sure what kind or how much. Here is what I currently take each day: 5 Citrical + Vitamin D (315mg) 1 Materna + extra iron 1 sublingual B12 (500mcg) I only take this 5 days a week. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
