Won my appeal, need to schedule w/surgeon in the morning... WHY AM I SO SCARED??

This is crazy but I've been working hard on my appeal, and it has been almost one full year from my first pre-cert appointment... now I get the letter in the mail that says my LAP RNY is a go and I feel like I want to pass out. My Mom has been so supportive in my insurance battle and is totally confused by my fear to set a date!!! I am 24 years old, no co-morbidities other than losing my gallbladder young--and all of the sudden think I'm going to die... am I crazy??? I'm so sorry if this sounds whiney... I'm just beside myself...thanks so much!
