Does AFLAC insurance pay out for this procedure or is it pre-existing?

Through my employer, I had purchased different policies such as hospital confinement, disability, etc. back in spring. I had originally sought out this procedure 2 years ago. Has anyone's policy paid out on this say for at least the hospital stay?? I've been mo for a few years-not clear on their pre-existing policy. Any info greatly appreciated!
