ladies....I have a good one for you

This is really embarrassing even coming from a nursing student, but I was wondering if anyone else found it difficult (if not impossible) to keep a tampon in place after becoming Obese? I know that weight affects the size of the cervix, but the rest of the female genitalia???? Does the weight loss correct this problem? Thanks in advance for your insight.
