Aetna in Maryland, Has anyone had approval for a restrictive procedure?

Duodenal Switch or any retrictive weightloss surgery (banding or vg) with a BMI of 37.5 with comorbidities? I'm checking this out for my sister. I have had surgery and have different insurance. Thanks for your help.
