4 weeks PO Eating 2 much??
Ok, I am extremely paranoid that I am eating too much...I am 4 weeks out and as of last week down 31lbs..the first week was 11 lbs., 2nd was 13 lbs., 3rd was 7 lbs...the fact that I didn't loose as much the 3rd week really got me thinking...so here is what I ate today (your advice/words is sooo greatly appreciated): Breakfast: 1 Egg Scrambled Lunch: I cut less than a quarter slice of wheat pita off of a whole one piece, put a very thin layer of light mayo for taste, one piece of low fat American Cheese, a half a slice of turkey, salt, pep... Snack: Quarter cup of Kashi Go Lean, with skim milk to soften and Splenda. Dinner: Lean Cuisine Baked Chicken- 1 piece (comes w/ 3 tiny slices) in a bit of gravy for taste, a bit of mashed potatos. Snack: 2 tablespoons sugar free ice cream. Of course I drank water, and sugar free/caff free ice tea allll day... I am sooo paranoid at this stage..I seem to tolerate everything I eat, though I haven't crossed the line in terms of anything junky or sweet, etc...Oh yeah I eat watermelon...is this ok? Please HELP!!!!!!
