Will my body shape change ?

I am 33 y.o., 5'4", 248# female. I am considering surgery and am a little freaked out...I've got a zillion questions, but to start: will my shape change? I like my shape; I've got an hourglass figure, its just a big ol' hourglass. Are there any busty women (I'm currently a 42DDD) who had the surgery -- and did they find their shape changing?
