2 Difficult Pregnancies while MO Resulted in Tubal. Any Post-Op RNY Options?

I gained the majority of my weight with two pregnancies in 3 years. Both pregnancies were very difficult - gestational diabetes, toxemia, high bp. My last child was 9 lbs 14 oz, nearly 4 weeks early. I was hospitalized for three days prior to her birth due to the toxemia. Because the pregnancies were so difficult and dangerous, my ob/gyn insisted on a tubal since the problems get worse with subsequent pregnancies. He told me all the problems were related to morbid obesity.

Now that I am healthy, do I have any options to get pregnant now? A reversal of the tubal, in vitro? I know my ob/gyn would have to clear it and I will need to address these questions to him, but if anyone here has any knowledge or experience, I'd appreciate you sharing it with me.
