DEVROM oral deodorant

I am trying out DEVROM, an oral deodorant that you take before you eat. It is supposed to control the embarassing odors in the bathroom for post op bariatric and coleostomy patients. I've only been using it for a day or so, but so far I don't really notice any difference. I'm taking one capsule before/during meals but maybe I need to take more. Any suggestions or experiencs?
