Has anyone had such a long plateau?

I haven't dropped a lb since January . I am so scared. I had an EGD everything looks good. Dr mentioned possibly that I am eating wrong I don't understand. Had open RNY at 285 lbs and I am only at 212. Had surgery 061401 so I am one year out. I don't think I am going to loose anymore and I am so mad. I need some serious help, can't get into the doctor until the 29th and I don't think I am eating wrong. Can someone help me I don't know what to do and it is driving me crazy. Even if someone knows of complications let me know so I can approach the dr w/there....anything....if you can just give me something to go with.....
