I seem to be a slow loser. I had surgery 11 months ago and still have not hit the 100
pound mark. I seem to be such a slow loser - about 1 -2 pound(s) a week for past 5 months. I have increased exercise, water adn protein first. Any ideas? How many out there are also slow losers? I hope I will make it to goal eventually. Thanks everyone for listening!
