What do I do now?

I took a written test with the Psycology Dr. and now he said I have an eating disorder and would not approve the surgery. What does this mean? What can I do? He told me that he has not told my Dr. about this because we did not finish all the test. This is the Psycologist that my Dr. sent me to. What do I do now? I need help!
