Help! Doc Mad, says I need to lose 10 lbs by Tues or no surgery! Any suggestions?

I gained 18lbs in 4 months and my surgeon was mad at my pre-op appt today. Any suggestions on how to lose 10lbs in next 5 days... I'm sad, mad, and don't want to lose my dream. Thanks.... :-(
