Can anyone tell me about their dealings with Aetna HMO regarding abdominoplasty?

I have my PS consult today for abdominoplasty and maybe mastopexy. Does anyone know about how long Aetna HMO takes to give a decision on these procedures? Also, how likely are they to cover them? My panni hangs below the pubis (almost totally covering) and I have chronic back pain. My PCP put me on zanaflex re program of some sort now.<br>
