Anyone know of any miracle creams or anything that help the skin skrink?

I am three weeks pre-op and want to be prepared for the post-op time period. I REALLY want to avoid having to have any further surgery to deal with excess skin. So I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas about any creams, lotions, vitamins or anything that is supposed to help the skin shrink or contract or whatever the word would be, as we lose weight?
