Have WLS post-op pregnancies NOT experienced morning sickness due to the small pouch?

I am about 8 weeks pregnant and have not had the sickness to my stomach like I did with my other children. I am wondering if it is because we don't have a full tummy anymore. I am thankful so far that I don't get sick.
