Has anyone had any complications from their hernia/s?

I'm 10 wks post-op and am quite certain I have at least 3 and maybe 4 hernias. I brought the bulges to the nurse's attention at 4 wks post-op and she didn't think it was a big deal and I don't think she even told the doctor. Sometimes I have pain in the areas where I think the hernias are located and I'm scared of strenuous exercise. I know people say that it'll help me have a TT, but I'm wondering about any complications that others have had with their hernias: pain, problems losing weight, ER visits??
