Will a plateau break naturally on its own?

I'm almost 10 wks post-op and have not lost a single pound in 16 days. Other than chasing 3 kids all day long, I don't exercise. My daily intake is between 700-1200 calories and I'm probably getting about 40-50g of protein a day, and 40-50oz water. I've never tried a protein shake or supplement and I'm willing to, but I'm really hoping that this plateau will end on its own. I've lost 34lbs and would like to lose 75 more..any advice??
