Sombody PLEASE tell me this goes away...

I am 15 days post-op. Around day 12 post-op I started having nausea. First it was a bout just after eating and I laid down for 2 hours and then I was fine. Now I seem to be nauseous all the time. I do not wake up feeling nauseous, but begin to feel nauseous right after I injest anything. Please tell me this is common and will go away in time (soon). I also experienced pretty bad nausea in the hospital from the morphine and was treated with Reglan and Zofran, which worked pretty well. I also have an ongoing dull headache all day long...not sure if it is related to the nausea or not. I have not vomited, nor do I have "frothing", just the nausea. Please help! Hugs, Joy
