Is it normal to feel a BUBBLE and pain when swallowing water?

I am 4 days post- op. I'm not drinking too much, too fast, changed temps of liquid too. But, when I swallow liquid I get a Pain it sits @ the top of my insison. Between the breast bone and ribs. It feels like a bubble moving inside. I even look to see it my skin moves. I sit gas? Any sugesstions?
