How do I know if I ruptured my staple line or not?

I am almost 5 weeks out and I had a pretty bad upset the other night when I was drinking the broth from some soup and accidently took in a noodle (I think) - something tore me up pretty bad. I "urled" about 4 times, not a lot but enough to wear me out a bit - how would I know if that episode caused me to mess something up? I read about staple lines rupturing, how does someone know if that's happened or not? I am able to drink my protein shake faster and my water intake seems to be a bit easier - any help would be greatly appreciated. (): )
