Absorbtion of antidepressants

I take Zoloft for depression. I have been feeling sort of down lately, and I was wondering, since we somewhat do not absorb all nutients, is it possible that I'm not absorbing my full dose of Zoloft ?[100mg @ night, Open RNY 1/18/02] Thanks
