Protein HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
I hate the protein shakes. They make me want to GAG! I am now 20 lbs to my ideal weight and it seems like the weight won't come off. I want to know if there is a way to get all the protein in with out the shakes? I will also be staring my excerising tonight again. I still hate exercising but I know it will help. Any Ideas? Also I have started to limit the carbs.
