Does anyone know any doctor who can fix a stretched stoma?

I am 1 1/2 years post op and I can eat way too much. My doctor told me that if my pouch wasn't stretched (it's not) them my stoma may have been stretched too much during a 2nd endoscopy I had. Does anyone know of a doctor who can fix this?
