Anyone have MD-IPA and get approved

Hi. I have MAMSI MD-IPA (POS). I called them and they said they do cover WLS as long as it is medically necessary. However, I have also heard a lot of bad about them. I was just wondering, if anyone has this insurance and how hard was it to get approval especially since the new law was passed in October 2001? Thanks for any responses and I wanted to say I LOVE this web-site.
