All these things..no sugar added, sugar free, fruit juices..are they okay to eat?

I'm a little confused. I found some Dole frozen fruit pops that say "no sugar added". Is that okay to eat? What about fruit juices? I know a lot of them have a lot of natural sugars. I can live on that stuff alone. Are they okay to drink? I tend to go to the sugar can you tell?..LOL Also I could go crazy on sugar free things. For example sugar free pudding, pies, cookies etc. Is it still okay to do this? I feel guilty like I'm cheating & will get back into old habbits? I feel as if I should go all or nothing but it is so hard to say away completely!! Any recommendations?
