What is a Healthy liquid diet right before surgery?

Hi, I am having surgery in 6 days!! I will start my liquid diet in 2 days. Does anyone have suggestions how to make this a healthy diet to prepare for surgery, and what I would want to stay away from. The diet is liquid, but not clear liquid. ALSO, I have developed a terrible cough and scratchy throat, any ideas to help this along?
