6 weeks Post-op Lap RNY abdominal pain feels like gallbladder attack

I have been having this pain on and off for 3 weeks now. Dr. has done Upper GI. My gallbladder was removed 9 yrs ago so it is not that. Pain is very severe and lasts about 2 hours. Dr. is having me scoped tomorrow...but he says he has never seen anything like this. I am not vomiting!! Anyone got an idea?
