Has Anyone Ever Had Body Wraps Post-Op to Help Skin Firmness?

I was wondering if anyone has any info about using body wraps post-op. I had one last summer, and found it to help firm up my skin a bit. I'm having surgery in June, and was wondering if 1) it's safe post-op, 2) anyone has used them post-op, 3) what your results were. A friend had recommended them to me, after she lost 20 lbs, and felt it had helped a great deal. Any and all responses or questions welcome! Thanks!
