Has anyone self paid for Lap RNY in Kansas & or KC area?

Since I'm still pre-op and free to keep researching :-)), I'm wondering if anyone in Kansas has self-paid for Lap RNY in Kansas? I'm really interested in Kansas overall first and KC area second. What was the cost, broken down for surgeon fee and hospital?? Additionally, I've had Lap Hysterectomy in 97, and am wondering if others have had Lap Hyst. and later had Lap RNY too?
