I am almost 5 weeks post op and I dont think i'm getting enough

calories in. I ate breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner and still only took in about 350 calories,15 fat grams, & 27 carbs. I have plateau'd for the past two weeks, the scale is stuck. I know this is probobly a good reason that I'm stuck. My question is, how do I increase my calories and not my fats and carbs? I dont really know how much is too much for carbs and fats. I could be at the limits now.. and increasing cals will of course increase carbs and fats. Can someone suggest anything or if you have any input, please??
