If I get new insurance after WLS do most companies have exclusions?

I really need to know if after my WLS if I change jobs & get different health care do most companies have WLS exclusions? For example if I have problems 6-10 + mos down the road will another insurance company cover anything I need to have done if I had WLS? My relatives are very worried about this.
