I had to go off all my Nsaids (anti inflamatory) meds!

I am in real pain tonight, does anyone out there know of anything I can take to ease this flare up? The Hosptial and surgeon told me I had to go off all these meds becuase of bleeding problems I could have in surgery. But, I am in so much pain I could cry. Any suggestions? I will see the doctor tomorrow. Thanks
