Will Facial Hair be less after I lose the weight?

Since my hysterectomy 8 years ago, I have grown facial hair under my chin. The bigger I got in weight, the worse the facial hair problem gets. I "pluck" almost every single day, sometimes twice. My doctor is curious to see if, as I lose the weight after surgery, if this will ease up and the facial hair won't be so bad. He said that something with fat creates more male hormones or some caca like that...anyone experienced anything like this? Before or after? Results? Thanks for the help.
