Does anyone think that a vitamin intake routine is associated with weight loss?
I asked this question last week, with no results. I am tryig hard to be dilligent with my vitamins, and I was curious to know if anyone sees a difference while sticking with their vitamin regimen. Im 5'1, 16 weeks post op yesterday, a lightweight, down ~45-50 lbs ( the scale keeps sliding) and starting to lose the hair. IS this all normal?
