My blood test results: my blood clumps...What does that mean?

I hope I am explaining this right. I had my pre-op blood work done from my PCP a few weeks ago. They called me back & said that they needed to take my Protime again ( I think that's right). The nurse said the reason for that is my blood clumped. What does that mean exactly? She said they wanted to take my blood again just to make sure it wasn't a mistake because I was so young. Now, I'm on blood pressure meds. does that have anything to do with that? That kind of scared me! Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
