I am almost 6 weeks I have been on a plateau for 3.5 weeks should I call my Dr?

I posted initially when it began but didn't imagine it would be this long I don't understand how my body has avoided losing any more pounds.I have followed the previous suggestions but still haven't broke it. It looks like the surgery cost $2,000 a pound.
