Does anyone know what I can expect long term post op from an RNY?

I am soon to have an RNY surgery soon. I was wondering what I can expect long term? As far as weight loss. Do you still continue to lose a few lbs. here and there. Do a lot of people gain it all back after a while? Also as far as health problems. What kind of problems do people have? Is there such as thing as staple line break down? Does it happen and if so how long post op? Sorry about all of the questions but I was just wondering. Thanks for your help!
