Elevated Liver Enzymes

I was diagnosed 10-years ago with Hepatitis C, after doing a liver biopsy, I was told it was 'inactive'. My liver enzymes have been fairly normal as of October of 2001 but going in for pre-op blood work, they were found to be slightly elevated. I have a tentative surgery date scheduled for April 9th, 2002 and I too am afraid this could delay my surgery. I need my health back. I did a liver / gall bladder scan this morning but results won't be back until next week. Has anyone else experienced this?
