What made you decide on the surgery you did? Did you regret the one you chose?

I just want to know what the deciding factors were for what surgery you have chosen, be it VBG, RNY, BPD/DS, etc. Did you regret the surgery you chose at all? Would you get the same one if you could do it over again? Thanks!
