Should I call my Dr. or is this heartburn?

I'm a glutton for punishment, I knew it would give me heartburn but I ate some hot sauce on my dinner last night. I woke up this morning because my back hurt so bad I couldn't lay still. I feel like someone punched me between the shoulder blades or my back needs to be cracked. It's unbearable. On top of that, I've vomited 3 times this morning. I know nothing is stuck because Zantac and Ibuprofen is staying down along with water. Is this just severe heartburn or should I call my doctor??
