What can I do for a low sex drive?

question. I had surgery in May of 2001 and am doing really well with my weight loss, but I have no sex drive anymore.. I have a steady boyfriend and he is very understanding, but I really love him and want to start wanting sex regularly. If anyone has any suggestions or if the same thing has happened to you please, please post how you dealt with it... Thank you so much
