A question about pain and nosebleeds

I have two questions! First of all, I have been having nosebleeds left right and center this week. I will just be sitting at my desk and all of a sudden there's blood everywhere. I know right after surgery I had that problem, but my doctor attributed it to the blood thinners, but now for it all of a sudden to start again, it worries me. Could it be some sort of nutritional deficiency??? Has anyone else experienced this? <br> My second question is this, starting early on Monday I have had a dull pain on my lower right abdomen right where my drain was. It's not overly painful, just kind of there and annoying. It seems like it should be something you can feel, like a lump, but whn I try, nothings there, it's like it's deeper than that. Could this be something serious or just a pulled muscle or something? The pain hasn't gotten any wors, but it is constantly there. Has anyone had a similar experience? Your advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!
